Our History

CTS International is the parent company of International Experts. In the last 20 years, CTS International has brought in over 7,000 engineers to the U.S. CTS’s accelerated Green Card program for employers is on average completed within 15 months. CTS holds preferred status with Fortune 500 companies across North America with companies such as Boeing, Gulfstream and Mitsubishi Regional Jets.

CTS was founded in Europe in 1984 to supply skilled personnel to major European companies. In 1985, we began U.S. operations and, in 1991, established current headquarters in Seattle, Washington area. International Experts was launched in 2014 to serve STEM clients located in the U.S. and provide greater opportunities for non-U.S. technical personnel and graduates.
