What are the steps a company takes when working with International Experts?

1. SELECTION: You conduct your normal selection process to determine who you want to hire.

2. COMMUNICATION: You tell us the parameters of your offer so that we can finalize a payroll agreement with your company and communicate with the individual you’ve selected about your use of our payroll and immigration service.

3. ONBOARDING: As the employer of record, we take care of all required employment matters—including signing employment agreements, completing I-9 verification, providing benefits enrollment, and undertaking any required background checks. We also immediately start the process for all required immigration visas so that the employee can obtain a longer term or permanent visa.
